The Oliver Workers Cottages are two circa 1887 houses, both under 1000 square feet, situated one in front of the other on the same parcel on Oliver Street in the Middlegrounds District of Toledo.

TUDOR ON RIVER (HOME)

Home, the first project in Toledo, is a 1923 Tudor Revival. Lots of gorgeous architectural details, lots of projects, lots of cachet as the one-time home of a prohibition-era bootlegger and lord of other vice, and his Romany bride.
